Crop PDF Pages on Your Mac
Shipping platforms often deliver a 4×6 label on a full sheet of letter or A4 paper. Crop PDF in Toolbox cuts each page down to just the part you need, so a label printer prints it at the right size. Drag the crop on the page preview, pick a label size, or let Toolbox trim the white margins. The crop changes the page size itself, not just what's shown, so Preview and the print dialog both see the smaller page. It works on many PDFs at once and never changes the originals.

How to use Crop PDF
Open Crop PDF and drop one or more PDFs onto the window.
Drag the corners of the crop on the page preview, choose a size such as 4 × 6 in, or click Trim Margins.
Choose All pages or Only the page shown. For labels in different places, pick Trim each page’s margins.
Click Crop. The cropped copies are saved to a new dated folder in Downloads.

How do I crop a shipping label PDF to 4×6 on Mac?
Drop the label PDF into Crop PDF, choose 4 × 6 in label from the Size menu or click Trim Margins, then click Crop. The new PDF's pages are 4×6 inches, so a thermal label printer prints them without scaling.
Does the crop change the paper size or only hide the edges?
It changes the paper size. Toolbox sets the page's media box and crop box to the area you chose, so the PDF opens and prints at the cropped size in Preview and other apps.
Can I crop many PDFs or pages at once?
Yes. Drop as many PDFs as you like. The same crop applies to every page and file, or Trim each page’s margins crops every page to its own content.
Are my original PDFs changed?
No. Toolbox saves cropped copies to a dated folder in Downloads, or a folder you set in Settings, and leaves the originals as they were.
